Can I cancel my online order?

We are sorry you want to cancel your order, but we get it – sometimes you change your mind! For this reason, we hold all orders for a period of about 15 minutes after they have been placed to allow time for you to call in and cancel the order for any reason.

If you no longer want part or all of your order for any reason, please call us as soon as possible at 1-855-823-4327.

If you want to change any of the following, we recommend cancelling your order and re-purchasing:

  • Shipping method
  • Payment details
  • Shipping or Billing address
  • Item size or quantity
  • Add items to your order

Unfortunately, the option to cancel your order is not offered on the weekends, holidays, or after hours when our Consumer Service team is not available. We are working to improve this feature for you in the future.
