Can I exchange my product(s)?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges through our Online Shop. To exchange for a different size or colour, simply return the original order and repurchase the desired replacement at your convenience. If you purchased at a discounted price and the item you wish to ‘exchange’ is now sold at a higher price, please contact our Consumer Service team to request a price match. We ask that you wait for a response before placing the new order to be sure your request is accepted.

Orders placed in an adidas store through our Online Shop (on the tablet at checkout) and delivered to you directly also fall under this category and cannot be returned or exchanged in store.


If you purchased at an official adidas store, you may visit any official store within the same country to obtain an exchange (or refund) within store policy.

If you purchased at one of our authorized retailers, kindly get in touch with them directly as all of our retailers have their own policies and procedures.
