Can I make changes to my delivery address or type?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change your delivery address or type (e.g. change Standard to Express) once your order has been accepted and processed. If you notice right away that the address is wrong, you should call adidas Consumer Service at 1-855-823-4327 to request an order cancellation, then you can start again with a new order.

If you don’t want to cancel the order or too much time has passed, and you are no longer within the cancellation window, your order may be returned to sender by the carrier and will be refunded in full once it gets back to our warehouse (standard refund processing times apply). You may contact UPS directly once you have the tracking number to request an address change if it is a minor change such as incorrect street number or apartment number entered. If you made a small error in your street or city name, UPS delivers by postal code and may still complete the delivery successfully, but we still suggest contacting them as soon as possible to notify them of the error.

For same-day deliveries, we advise that you cancel the order as soon as possible as there will be no way to contact the carrier and request a change in time.

Please note that we do not reship orders or refund shipping fees if your order is returned to us. You are free to re-order at your convenience.
