How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password on the adidas Runtastic apps: adidas Running by Runtastic or adidas Training by Runtastic or on Runtastic.com, by following these instructions.

You can also reset your password on the adidas app or adidas.ca, by following these steps:

  1. Start off by going to the account sign-in page.
  2. Click ‘Forgot Your Password?’
  3. Enter the email address you use to get into your account.
  4. Click ‘Submit’.
  5. Check your inbox for a 'Password reset confirmation' email.
  6. Open the email and click 'Confirm'.
  7. Enter a new password.
  8. Click 'Apply'.

Congratulations! You have a new password. We’ll send you an email to confirm the password has been changed.
