I can't access my Runtastic and/or adidas account. What should I do?

If you can't log in, it might be because you only need one set of login details for all adidas platforms going forward. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email updating you on which to use. If you can't find the email, try both Runtastic and adidas login details - one of the two should work.
