How do I request a replacement voucher for returned or cancelled item(s)?

If you used a percentage code or purchased the item on sale, please email us with your returned/cancelled Order Number and a brief description of your request to request a replacement code. In most cases we can provide a new code for you to place another order and still enjoy the same discount.

For some time-sensitive or outlet promotions, such as Black Friday or Door Crasher deals, we are unable to provide a replacement code to price match.

Please note, if you used a Family & Friends discount code (EPP) and are looking to return your order, the code cannot be replaced by Consumer Service, as these are tracked individually by employee. It is your responsibility to reach out to the source (family/friend) and request a new code. We do not accept exchanges or price match requests for these codes.
