What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?

To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must have been bought directly from our Online Shop. You can return most online order within 30 days from date of receipt (14 days for certain Hype products, some items may be final sale). The individual item return period is communicated to you at the time of purchase. You may return part or all of your order.

If you purchased at one of our own stores or through another retailer, please return to the original place of purchase to request a refund.

All YEEZY sales are final.

For hygiene purposes, one-piece swimsuits, bikini bottoms, swim trunks, underwear, toiletries, and samples are also final sale.

In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • The product must be in its original state and packaging.
  • Apparel must have the original tags attached.
  • Accessories must have all parts of the original packaging.
  • Footwear must be in the original shoe box with both shoes in a pair returned.
