What should I do if I received the wrong product?

If you placed your order from our Online Shop and received the wrong product size or colour, we apologize for this experience. You can return the item(s) here using the Return reason code “Wrong Item Sent”. You are free to re-order at your convenience.

If you received item(s) that you did not order, in addition to your complete purchase, please contact us to obtain a pre-paid shipping label to send these items back to our warehouse.

If you bought your product from one of our official shops, please return it to the store within the return period. You'll be able to exchange your product or get a refund. Our store return rules and restrictions apply.
