Why do I have to wait for you to receive my return before getting my refund?

Before we can start processing your refund, we need to make sure that your returned product(s) meet our conditions for return.

At the warehouse, we check that the product(s) you returned:

  • Is eligible for and within our 30-day (from date of receipt) return period. Some hype items have a limited 14-day return policy, while other items such as YEEZY are final sale.
  • Aren’t worn or damaged at all.
  • Are in their original state with all parts and pieces included.
  • Are in their original packaging.
  • Still has its original label or hangtag attached (in case of clothing).

As long as your product(s) meet the above criteria, we can reimburse your purchase price. We do not refund shipping costs. If your returned product(s) don't meet the criteria above, we cannot accept the items and unfortunately won't be able to give you a refund. Items not accepted for return may be returned to sender.
